|Kale ~ Wonderful Kale|
(from January's recipe sheet)
Did you know, Kale is one of the healthiest foods around?
It's full of vitamins A, C and K, and it is a great source of manganese, calcium and iron. Kale also has no cholesterol and has plenty of fiber and protein. Kale is full of antioxidants and can be an important part of the cancer fighting diet.
Wash Kale leaves and separate and put in a roasting/baking dish. Sprinkle olive oil over the kale on both sides and put in the oven at high temperature (475 or so) until crispy. Take out of oven and sprinkle sea salt on top. Enjoy!
